Yurts, Vans etc. 5 years it just an agreement if I was to buy it id have right of way on the lane to the land lanes about a mile long so its a good bit out of the way witch is ideal I was think log cabin it a little over 9 acres there's only one part that would probably be ok to build on and drain the rest it's all if at the minute try see what the wife thinks.
