Land To Build On

If u have the chance to buy land cheap but with a Claus that u couldn't build on it for a set period of time would u still take that chance its a far bit of land to be far at 1500 euro an acre.

How long is that period though.

 

I`d buy anything at 1500 euro and acre anyway. Stick chickens or pigs on it until you can stick a house on it.

 

 

And you don`t need a house on it to live on it either. Yurts, Vans etc.

No there not your forgetting there was two sides one legal and one illegal

 

even tho some moved from the illegal side to the legal side it's a shame really that land wasn't even a green feild before it was a scrap yard and now it's just a complete mess snd the whole point of if was to make it Greenbelt again waste of money

5 years it just an agreement if I was to buy it id have right of way on the lane to the land lanes about a mile long so its a good bit out of the way witch is ideal I was think log cabin it a little over 9 acres there's only one part that would probably be ok to build on and drain the rest it's all if at the minute try see what the wife thinks.

i don't no what there is to think about mate! Just go for it. It will only go up in value

Put donkeys on it. Donkeys must have a shelter to escape the weather. I believe this is the law. it's one step nearer a permenant structure...

good point with the donkeys in Ireland ya get farm payment for them .
