Jagd Terrier

Anyone on the forum have any experience with Jagd Terriers or knows anyone who works them or has personally seen them work ... Would like to get some feed back on what they work like below and above ground compared other Terriers such as Patterdale/fell type or Russell's ?

A few American friends use them, some lines are excellent above and other lines are better below

I've used them on boar and deer by the past, specially a little bitch named Rainette.

Some friends use jagd on badger.

A lot of Jagd are too hard to hunt to earth.

Jagdterriers are hard little Terriers, I've seen them work both above and below ground. They're tenacious little fellas, but Patterdales are as well. I know quite a lot of guys who have em', but I also know quite a lot of guys who prefer Patterdales over Jagdterriers too. Good luck on your search.

went to 2 lurcher and terrier shows last yr 2015 in ireland. saw a couple of jagd terriers.the same lads are hoping to cash in on whats new is better and wil breed these dogs and try and get the ball rolling and try to make money.sharp dog men will c right through this.
