It took me three months to realise that the others were stainless, so I won't be jumping to any conclusions with this batch. They will remain strictly numpty-amateur appraisal only for the time being. they can not be that different if it took three months to notice them, Quote Link to post
Nicepix 5,650 Posted March 4, 2016 Report Share Posted March 4, 2016 They look exactly the same when new, but are quite a bit stronger and harder to separate the prongs. Whenever I buy a new type of Putange I put a different coloured piece of electrician's tape on the eye so I can identify them and keep track on what works and what doesn't. After a few months I realised that this batch were still shiny and hadn't any signs of oxidising. They still haven't, eighteen months on. I've been after some more ever since. Quote Link to post
