Lenmcharristar 9,884
Personally I think that the dog 'wants' to be sick. Maybe give her a little more access to green grass and I'd also change her diet to raw if she isn't on that already..... She has access to acres of grass and we have done raw and packet food. She is now on Arden Grange at he moment which seems to help, I have another lurcher who is he thieving git and will eat everything left around or not locked away and he is healthy so if she ate anything he would have had it first. There's something you can try. It's a long shot, but why not feed her a couple of ginger biscuits three times a day. What will that do?????give her diabeties then she can get DLA Quote Link to post

Ginger biscuits can have a settling effect on a dogs stomach. It's worth a go if everything else has been tried. IMO. 2 Quote Link to post

PINNACLE 2,297
Thanks for the input and happy to try. She can go a few days without any signs then it happens again, the vet also said to walk her at a different place in case it was a pollen allergy but considering how long it has been going on I doubt it was that. 3175darren 1,101
Our vet put her under to examine her nose as it was at the time when grass seed was everywhere and we thought it was that. She can go a week or three with nothing but this weekend she has been showing symptoms again, its still a favourite to me, they stick to the nostril inside, loose one minute then stuck the next, when the dog gets hot or produces snot, trust me that spaniel suffered for weeks, and was pushed to the point of insanity in the end, it was a junior vet that found it,you say the teeth have been checked, as it may be a small abscess starting , Quote Link to post
king 11,984
Worth getting a saline solution get the dog nose pointing up at 12 o'clock and get a bit in each nostril.he will sneeze a fair bit.hopefull you will see something come out.it won't harm him but worth a go for a few ££ Quote Link to post
