Shameful Irish Nuns

Recommended Posts

Iv'e just watched Philomena, How the fcuk was this allowed to happen, nuns putting children up for adoption without the mothers consent. Cannot believe there are mothers today still searching for children that were taken from them and the church claiming they have no records.

All in the name of religion, well this just goes to reinforce my beliefs of religion WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS how the fcuk do these bible bashing brainwashed cretins avoid prosecution? What does it take for the church to be prosecuted ffs. Rant over.

no they werent, there were lots of very decent sympathetic religious folk that fed and gave THEIR OWN CASH to less well off. There were many in the orders that were just rotten evil f***ing humans.....

You bet I did just to see if that hard faced bitch of a nun got a punch in her ugly mush for her lack of remorse, but did she? No but stuck by her guns and said the mothers were punished for their sin

bet you watched it to the end tho :icon_eek:

While you cannot help but admire their devotion to a church or ideal. By the same token you cannot help to be disgusted by their total lack of empathy for a fellow human being. As a human being they are never without sin but the fact that they believe that confessing that sin and paying a penance absolves them of any wrong doing is frankly unbelievable.

Organised religion in all its glory!

Check out penn jillets take on mother thereser on YouTube...... Hitchens book "the missionary position" is pretty interesting too.

Matt

To be honest Matty, I do not need any further insight into these protected monsters. Nothing anybody else has to say about them would surprise me.

find it hard to take any religion seriously when you look into the history of them, and the catholic church has been one of the worst for cruelty, and their stance on contraception in third world countries where not using it in some form just leads to greater problems to me shows how backward their thinking is

Surely the whole sorry affair is proof that there is no God?

For if there were a God then 'he' would have never allowed such activity in his name.....

Seems to me that religion is an excuse to inflict suffering and oppression on others.

Do you not also think its an excuse to cover up the criminal act of selling babies ?.....or indeed various criminal atrocities we see around the world in the name of God ?

Maybe the Hatton Garden lot should say God told them to do it.
