Rez 4,961
What kinda groups is that putting in? And what range do you zero Billy? Quote Link to post
ftm 3,357
I zero at 30 yds and at that distance every pellet will fit in a one pence piece circle I must stress I do most of my shooting free standing but when an opportunity arises I will use a branch or fallen tree etc and I will take quarry at 40 yds+ using this method these squirrels were all shot approx. 25/30 yds and were relatively easy 1 Quote Link to post

ftm 3,357
Ftm What range can you comfortable shoot out to , with the rapid Atb 35yds is my comfort zone but I have taken "much longer shots on and made clean kills [perfect weather conditions ] this is using my .22 cal that im very comfortable with ,this .20 cal is heavier than the .22 as I use 280cc bottle and the stock is very light Quote Link to post
random 659
I zero at 30 yds and at that distance every pellet will fit in a one pence piece circle I must stress I do most of my shooting free standing but when an opportunity arises I will use a branch or fallen tree etc and I will take quarry at 40 yds+ using this method these squirrels were all shot approx. 25/30 yds and were relatively easy Can't argue with results,4 squizzers is a good result they can be difficult to stalk but rewarding I think,I qouted this reply because it stood out that you say you shoot mostly free hand and use a rest when needed,I and I'm sure most would do it the other way over, ie,shoot from a rest and shoot free hand when the need is there, fair play and well done... 1 Quote Link to post
