bob84 189
Has to be the worst season I've had in a while for one reason or another hoping next season I'll be back up to two runners and a better season. Quote Link to post

Ideation 8,216
Had both my runners taken out for the season within two weeks of each other at start of October. Things had been going well up till then, and we'd had a good early start. Since then, Ive just been watching other folks dogs work and taking other people out. Seen some good sport, seen some good dogs and all the freezers are full . . . . to the point of giving away meat. So can't complain. Roll on next year. Quote Link to post

Dabhand 887
Im sure the numbers will stay the same for lads that stick to the normal months. But the summer hunters and riffle boys that go at it all summer will be getting more sport!!! Quote Link to post

And the other one, fingers crossed. . . . we shall see how she gets fit and take it from there. Quote Link to post

J Darcy 5,871
I've had a decent season. A winter's what you make it. At least the ground wasn't too hard and the frost never stopped play. The only thing that slowed down was lamping as the ground was a bit noisy from mid december through to the end of jan, but I've still managed 51 nights out lamping so far this season, maybe a couple more before I pack in for the season. Managed to take some nice piccys and visit some great areas with fantastic views. Had a bloody good laugh along the way, which is more important than ever these days. 11 Quote Link to post
