neil cooney 10,416
Even if you done it I would never speak of the pigs again. If someone, anyone, was to keep free range pigs in an area they'd have to fence all that area off and fill in a mountain of paper work regarding disease and herd numbers etc. etc. If someone was to release wild pigs into an area (and what hunter wouldn't want too.) and there was ever a disease outbreak then in an area relying heavily on agriculture that person could quickly become Public Enemy No.1. That's if everyone knew who done it in the first place. There's plenty of Wild Boar in parts of Ireland and no one seems to know how they got there and if those areas ever have a Swine Flu or Foot and Mouth outbreak it'll be the army they bring in, not those who know how to take out large game. Good luck but .

jetro 5,349
You could plant a nice orchard and some different type of fruit trees for cider and wine making. Also a couple of bee hives maybe. Atb j.

Ideation 8,216
Dont do pigs, they will bugger up your water course. Look at some permaculture books, i'll think of some later aha, and look at shaping what you have. Plant some fruit trees etc etc etc.
Alimac2 321
Do nothing, keep it wild, few feeders, feed the ponds, deer lick or 10, high seat or two, etc , sounds nice ground for shooting, most of all though, just enjoy it mate..

I get on well with everyone round and about and I wouldn't want to cause them concern.
