3 ferrets to take out... do I get a triple box and separate them or can you get a double cut the centre piece out and have all 3 in there together?

Get a big single box we carry four Jill's in each box no problems

Ive got big box ,,you call a double,,but it has no divider in it,,,can easy get 6 Jill's in,,,

 

I also have a smal single,,,I use all the time,,,that fits two large hobs in,,ferrets always curl up

Allowing for working one ferret per ten rabbit holes there's no many places I'm going to use one or two ferrets more like four to six in a burrow here

 

It no the pain of getting the lid shut its the other Jill's scratching to get out the box as they know what's happening you got to leave the box twenty to thirty yards away from the burrow lol

Grandest thing ever came to me by accident. Guy came to fetch a ferret and brought a cat carrier with him. You know the one, plastic shell, wire front and a carry handle. Cutting a long story short, he left with a bleeding finger and no cat carrier. It's great. Nice and light and you can take a single box with you instead of a mollocking great triple.

is that a decent rule of thumb i ferret/10 holes ? most of the area/burries i have access to im guessing would be about 15-20 holes so put in a couple at a time ! just thinking about nets and other bits as well a fair few hedge bottom holes and just a few more open areas so what size nets are recommended ? back to boxes is it best o put 1 ferret per partition (im a total newbie )and how about carrying nets in the box or a bag

You ask a hundred guys those questions mate your going to get a hundred replys its all down to personal prefrance and what suits one guy might no suit the area your working that why I said your better getting a day out with a local guy see what he uses and ask him why and take it from there
