it doesn't take 10 seconds to shut down a major road. takes less than 10 seconds for a car with a family in it to swerve and crash, if what is written in the statement posted above is correct i think they took appropriate action. Think if someone you knew was killed because they swerved to miss a dog that was loose because the coppers were frigging round trying to stop on coming traffic.

Yes fair enough, but as what antis, start attacking, blaming hunting dogs. Would the filth have run any other dog running loose down,?. Never heard of it done before and in this day and age, things are different what you can do

By law you can run a cat over but if a dogs in the road you must make an attemp to miss it. Cant see how they dont see the danger in attempting to run it over what if that caused the cop car to swerve off and cause and accident itself.
