Hes not getting divorced that was me skimming over it instead of reading it properly I think he means he will be if he doesnt cut down on the number of dogs though my apologies but what I said about culling still stands, sometimes its better to cull than wonder and worry if the dogs are going to be OK if you sell or rehome them. At least if they are in a hole and you put them there, you know they are not suffering or being mistreated or passed around etc
