Nice pictures In the early days the first couple we had off Plummer (pictured below) to try on fox were not really called Plummers then (1979), our main quarry was fox and they were good for 20 mins at best,you can see by the pics how weak their heads were,little mousey headed things but they did a job for us bolting easy foxes in parks and gardens,motorway bridges,scout huts,youth clubs,etc were we never had permission and couldn't afford to get caught but I used them as a base putting them to fells and patts that were being well dug to and produced some excellent workers that would stay,we always had other stuff as well as back up if needed,WM tiny things that weighed only 8lb at tops but could fly around an earth baying forcing many to bolt if you look at the stuff I breed today there is a lot of bull in them from the outcross programme 4 Quote Link to post
