mole trapper 1,693
Just wondered how many folk would want Britain to leave the eu ? i would have thought, it would have been a white wash answer, to leave, England's never looked so bad since joining the eu, now its a mess, all it did was open the flood gates for all the scum to come in, making us English people very unhappy, the goverment did nothing about them, and now its to late, i use to love being in England, just being English use to make me feel so proud, it was a strong powerful little island, now since being in the eu its taken away them feelings and made people feel very angry with how its all turned out, foreigners seem to have more rights than us in our own country, if you say anything towards them, you get accused of being racist, they get hand outs left right and centre, i hate myself for saying it, but Englands had it, 100% bang on!

Tiercel 6,986
As a 'none of the above', I have not voted for, I cannot remember how many years, but it's a long time. As I feel that no party actually projects what I feel we need. I will however vote for leaving the EU in a referendum, as I feel my vote will count. TC

Tiercel 6,986
If the UK vote to lave the EU and it is a big IF, I can see other disgruntled countries doing the same. When we joined it was for the common market, to be able to sell our goods abroad. Then came the food mountains with the EU paying farmers to over produce and stockpiling the over production. The next step was paying producers not to produce. It has been one farce after another, once they started the EU courts that's when they overstepped the mark. Once the court of human rights started overruling our laws it was time to leave. Just my opinion though. TC
BGD 6,436
Once the court of human rights started overruling our laws it was time to leave. Just my opinion though. TC This referendum doesn't have anything to do with the ECHR. We'll still be signed up to it even after Brexit. It's entirely seperate to the EU. Tiercel 6,986
The last few posts show what a complicated issue it actually is, There are truths, half truths and damn lies being bandied about. Each of them said with a straight face and a false conviction. I am going with my gut instinct and we should not be part of the United States of Europe, it will never work as unlike the States, each and every country has a history and a national identity, no matter how hard they try to mould us into one nation. Tiercel 6,986
The only issue I have with what you state Joe is Cameron did not come away with anything but proposals that will not be law. Truth be told he came away empty handed. TC
