Gaz_1989 9,539
Went up to the ferrets this morning and one of my Hobs had his mouth locked open. He was breathing okay but clearly something wasn't right. Upon closer inspection he had got a piece of rabbit bone (I think it was the rabbits bottom jaw) stuck in his back teeth. I couldn't dislodge it with my fingers so had another go with my missus tweezers. He must feel better now... 3 Quote Link to post

gnipper 6,465
I've had it a few times over the years now. I was round at an old blokes house one day and he was about to put his big hob down thinking it had something seriously wrong with it until I picked the piece out of its teeth. Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
Never had it or seen it before so was a first for me. I will be honest I thought the worst when I first saw the ferret. Didn't look too clever. Lol Quote Link to post

ZeusPolecat 185
Had an old hob that suffered from this a few times. Was a child at the time and didn't spot the problem early enough, cost a fair bit in the end. Well worth checking. He made 13 in the end! Quote Link to post
