johnrussell84 2,832
Got up this morning, with a txt from my mate do u fancy a walk, figured why not nice day, so grabbed the bag an the terrier, brought the pup an 2 lurchers, very much jus for a stroll. Anyways as I picked him up I thought I have a wee place in mind on route, stopped in seen the farmer an took a quick walk approaching the setts we seen a fox leave the scene an thought bugger, the Russell was off working away when he dropped in a real tight spot very shallow but rather tight. Left him 15 mins to dig on an got the spade out, first bounce off the ground the spade nearly hit me with the ground being a little hard. A short time later broke thought to an angry dog fox who was humanely dispatched an a happier farmer cumming into lambing. Don't like killing foxes this time off year try keep them to a minimum but the odd one has to be taken to show that I'm still worth keeping around 16 Quote Link to post
