Looks like it's got a bit of Stevens/ gouldy breeding in it to as well as the nuttal wheeler middlington cut the boy some slack it's his first terrier for goodness sake. 2 Quote Link to post

Daniel cain 46,681
Pups should be fat as butter at that age imo,not knocking the pup it's a smart little thing, feed it the best and do your best by it,best of luck with it.here's my pup around same age.atb dc 3 Quote Link to post
HPR 1,161
I agree with dc he's not knocking the dog . It's a tidy pup not sure what your feeding it but when there pups make sure there eating plenty of raw meat and bone . Dosent even matter if they get a touch heavy you can soon strip this off when there ready for work . 3 Quote Link to post
rob284 1,682
Some dogs dont have the appetite to eat themselves fat and some dogs are too wirey to keep weight on. I like to see a dog that will eat like a horse though as its a big aid with recover after work. 3 Quote Link to post
hjckcff 1,738
i know what your saying DC. but thats a poor comparison. those pups are built different. ive seen a few well bred fell pups and they dont hold a lot of fat. like a jack pup. i bet that lads pup could jump through a wedding ring. ist just narrow built. they tend to shoot up and stay lean. then fill out when around 18 months to two years.
