tote 854
Hi all.has anybody tried the Clulite long ranger.anygood Welcome. Have a look on the forum, sure there's more than one post about them. I've got one but as I've already said I'm not their biggest fan, beam's too tight for running a dog imo and I also find it difficult to spot rabbits if the grass is a bit clumpy, the white light doesn't show eye shine the same as a halogen bulb. That said for the money they're nice and light and have a good distance to the beam.
The one 8,479
Hello and welcome mate fine for shooting with , but you need something bigger and better for a running dog
pratty 9
Thanks mate i would only be using it for air rifle shooting.just need something a bit lighter than what i normally use.tracer with battery packs can get a bit heavy after a few hours walking with air rifle aswell.and what's in the bag if im lucky. VOON 1,317
It's a great bit of kit, you can definitely spot out to 250 yards, and i think the spot on it is ideal for running rabbits.

The plr 500 would be overkill for an air rifle mate, have a look at some of the cree torches on ebay that come with scope mount etc, here's an one below. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CREE-LED-XML-T6-ZOOMABLE-Scope-Mount-Light-Lamp-Hunting-Gun-Air-Rifle-Torch-KIT-/141743510462?hash=item21009253be:g:3w0AAOSwNyFWg5iw
