JDHUNTING 1,817
Then your the worst kind imo, cant remember if it was you who was in 12k debt and I was feeling sorry for you but uf it was you deserve it and more. Being on the dole is no shame if your genuine jobseeker but I cant stand scroungers especially ones who crack jokes about the people working who pay for the lazy twats Edited February 14, 2016 by JDHUNTING

Which in turn means you've breed a family full of scroungers.

Been a good thread, on my phone so cant quote properly but it was interesting when the lads brought up the money vs enjoyment side of things. That's probably the reason I started this thread. Didn't know it at the time but I've been constantly asking myself that same question for a while now me and the wife have gone our separate ways.

unlacedgecko 1,466
I do all sorts. At the moment I'm doing contract management/business development for a small haulage firm. The money is ok, but I work from home which is great. However, I'm on call, and often travel to meet clients etc. I also do some contract sheep work. I love this work and hope to develop this business further in the near future. And if someone offers the right money I will drive an HGV, but I'm very expensive! jiggy 3,209
Didn't Jennifer Lopez have a professional nipple tweaker for one of her music videos to keep ice on them and keep them erect for sexy shots, now that is a high pressure job imagine having to drag yourself out of bed Monday morning for that rushing around trying to find your baby oil and ice pack.
Lab 10,979
I'm enjoying fencing at the moment. I've not been stuck on any sites lately, lots of small jobs for local councils. If the weather would just give us a break I'd be pretty happy. Lucky you got it easy I see... Easy is not a word I'd use for fencing....Scott..?

Didn't know it at the time but I've been constantly asking myself that same question for a while now me and the wife have gone our separate ways. Me & the mrs have probably sacrificed around a 1000 euros a month for our present way of living..............yes we could have that money, but it would compromise our lifestyle to the point of not being worth it....... Quality of life can often be greater than your bank balance..............as we've found out ;-)

trapperman 474
I like what I do, mainly gardening self employed also moles, and wasps in summer But I may drop the pest work as I'm waiting to hear about a big garden contract, year round guaranteed money to good to turn down really But I would love to earn a living from my smallholding, and am slowly but surely starting a small hedging nursery from there The wife is getting well stressed at work, she's a manager at county council on £40+k a year but with all the cuts is doing about 4 people's work, so we are going this week to view a small local newsagents that has come up for sale, she would quit work and run it with me helping when I can Thought my paperound days were over?
