mushroom 13,221
Just bought a fat piece of steak.... steak, chips, double egg with a blue cheese sauce. Bollocks to a stew tonight. I make one once a week and have it for a breaktime snack.

kanny 20,703
whats them dumplins dont see them here. Dumpling are dead easy 150 gram self raising flour 75 grams shredded beef suet and a pinch of salt add a little water make into a firm doug make into 8 balls and just drop them in the stew with the lid on on the hob for 20 mins till they rise then take the lid of and put the whole lot in the oven for another 20 mins if you like them crispy on top ...you can add a little mustard powder or herbs to your dumpling mix also if you like ...there delicious.
