FERRETBOY 680
I don't know much about gastro but I fully well know how your feeling. When my bitch had her litter last year I thought I could have lost the bitch never mind the pups. It cost me nearly £1,500 to get her back to full health. Then the pup I kept was then run over and killed and it really got me down. It just feels like everything I do just goes tits up like I am plagued with bad luck. So keep your chin up fella, keep doing your best for them and maybe you will be gifted with some luck for a change. Now good luck with the rest of them and enjoy every moment of rearing your pups. take care Quote Link to post
Ideation 8,216
Mate. . . . its shit.. . . . there's nowt else about it. You did your best for them. On the up side, you didn't lose the whole litter, so you got your pup and a couple of other lads, and more importantly the blood lives on Lets just hope your little lump becomes everything she should. 3 Quote Link to post

fireman 10,917
Think got it off raw chicken but can't say 100% Maybe botchalism (spelling??) as with this warm and mild weather chicken can go off real quick, good luck with the other pups .. Quote Link to post
paulsmithy83 567
gutting to lose pups after all the hard work put in . if you think the chicken good chance it being campylobacter. seen this with heat lamps in kennels on to raw chicken. pups are always at risk to it. didnt the vet take a stool sample? king 11,972
I find the mince beef takes longer to go off compared to chicken.and considering we can eat it almost raw compared to chicken.it seems a safer bet feeding pups. 1 Quote Link to post
