There was a program on tv when I was lot younger an it showed a pig farmer outside a earth with piglet skeletons outside,he was saying they take the younguns when sow was distracted.

Well known fact foxes take piglets ,seen it myself at a local small holding where the owner was blaming a dog .We dug a fox nearby and found two part eaten piglets in the earth with it and in winter too .They really are a menace around young stock of any sort .Got a text last week from a farmer who gone out to check a cow calving in a barn to find an ear bitten off the calf half out and stinking of fox.It survived but would of been half eaten if not for the farmer checking regular .
