low plains drifter 10,468 Posted March 31, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2016 Just made a couple of venison pies, slightly different from the last ones, turned out well, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic, mixed herbs, sea salt and freshly ground rainbow pepper cooked in Tangle foot ale then topped with a generous layer of mature cheddar with a puff pastry top and bottom, took one up for my old mate, and was going to do jacket potato to go with mine, but I could'nt wait lol, need some bigger pans, and oven dishes aswell lol 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
