terryd 8,414
I watched Mark Gilchrist's video on youtube of boiling a rabbit until tender then taking the meat off and covering in olive oil and he says it will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. Any one tried that way of storing for convenience ? Handy to grab a handful when ever for a recipe I have some in the fridge and the oil turned green which is apparently is normal for olive oil when placed in a fridge. terryd 8,414
Well I tried the rabbit out of the oil after about 5 days and fried it up to get crispy and it tasted a bit fishy so thumbs down on that one
