Foxgun Tom 75
I've just received a letter from Tony Andrews "Chief Executive" of the Scottish Countryside Alliance asking for support and/or a donation this was my response Tom Dear Sir or Madam Please delete me from your mailing list ID No 1193266 as I cannot support an organisation that does not have the Scottish Countryside and Scottish fieldsports enthusiast at heart??, Your organisation is a devolved organisation and not Independant of the Countryside Alliance your Chief Executive (Mr Tony Andrews) described Nationalism as petty and parochial and also advocated the illegal persecution of raptors using the logo of another organisation (RSPB) and then had the audacity to apportion blame to another organisation (Songbird Survival) I understand he had to apologise publicly for that fiasco?? There are no circumstances in which I would support an organisation that dumped Lurcher/Terrier men? The SCA abandoned its appeal in Scotland because its case was badly drafted and foxhunting was deemed safe by the use of guns while out foxhunting with hounds. I was a member of your organisation for a number of years and was lied to continusly and totally misled I totally support my fellow hunting enthusiasts in England and Wales but never again will I give a penny to your organisation. I'm now a member of the Scottish Association for Countrysports and have been able to secure the membership of a great deal of working dog enthusiasts and clubs for that organisation both north and south of the border without misleading or lying to anyone Tom Chalmers Site Editor www.thelanarkshireandrenfrewshirehunt.com Ps: your organisation also would not support the only independantly owned foxhunting website in Scotland in case it upset the TOFFS!! It is also my intention to post this reply on a number of Fieldsports forums on the internet

Why was'nt he or a SCA representitive at your show for the last two years? answer!! The Director of Hunting and the rest of Scottish Countryside Allianc could'nt give a feck!! about lurchers/terriers or the people that own them!! They're too busy promoting a fecking Scottish food fortnight, or the fecking Thistle Ball rather than promoting and endorsing guys who live in the real world Tom thats the spirit me old pal , they are really just a bunch o w-n-e-s, how did you enjoy our finals at selkirk , pretty busy eh, hope it's bigger next year, yours stuart

Foxgun Tom 75
Hi Dug Can I ask where your based?/ a couple of facts about me I supported the old BFSS which in turn became the Countryside Alliance there is no such thing as "A SCOTTISH COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE" its a devolved organisation!! your a member of the Countryside Alliance, How do I know?? well, when I found out my membership fees were going to supposedly to fight a ban in other parts of the UK after they abandoned their appeal against a ban up here, in Scotland I revoked my membership personally! when I found out it was'nt a Scottish organisation after being assured it was I demanded my subscribtion back! this was after recieving a letter from the CA saying they were sorry I was leaving the CA an organisation at that time I was'nt a member off?? I got my subscribtion back after threatening to sue the feckers for misrepresentation A cheque was made out to me on the COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE', cheque book from a bank in England I don't mind financially supporting the lads down south!! and will continue to do so, but I'm feckin sure I'm not gonna give any more money or support to an organisatin that shafted guys up here. I'd rather donate cash or raffle prizes to English Lurcher/Terrier clubs than those wankers at the CA/SCA, You tell me how many CA/SCA staff attended Lurcher/Terrier club shows in Scotland? I'll tell you "feckin none that I was at" and I attended a few supporting the lads. Its also quite strange that your first post is in defence of the SCA/CA are you a Scottish Lurcher or Terrier man, and before you say its a Scottish thing the CA are moving the same way down South, How many Lurcher or Terrier men who are members have they defended in court? not bloody many I bet!! but if your a hunt servant its different? its all over the sporting press what! the CA is going to in their defence. Us ordinary guys were the cannon fodder! because we the first to be pushed over the top, cos' they needed a token sacrifice, As for Mr Andrews, Chief Executive of the SCA a man born in Holland, describing to me a Scot, that nationalism is petty and parochial is a feckin joke! I have E-mails and hard copies of documentation sent by Tony Andrews, if he was working with any other organisation he'd have got the boot by now!! Tom PS: TF says *Why on earth would you want to give less money ...to an organisation that is fighting in your corner?" Answer They were'nt here in Scotland! they were committed to saving the mounted packs the SCA asked for the support of ordinary Lurcher and Terrier men, they got that 110% as soon as the mounted packs were safe there was no need to continue a fight against the ban in Scotland, The SCA/CA have no intention of overturning a ban in Scotland as the Status Quo suits them, Do you know anything about the so-called "SCOTTISH COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE" Tom Hello Foxgun Tom Sorry mate am new on this site so maybe thats why i donk know what your on about.
