Darryl Pace 50
I was involved in making a film about studys done of moorlands in North East Scotland. It may be of interest to people on here even to show people that moorlands managed for grouse and deer are not barren wastelands as many people believe. This film was shown to ministers in the Scottish parliament. 2 Quote Link to post

Darryl Pace 50
healty Sounds interesting mate, what's the brown, and blue hare populations like on your moor ? I would say very healthy, when people came to count them for the surveys they actually stopped counting as there were that many. 1 Quote Link to post

cragman 2,770
I'm involved with moorland restoration where I work and the change in habitat species has been amazing over the last few years. The area is nestled between two sporting estates and no doubt their vermin control has helped too Quote Link to post
