Wanted Bushing Dog...

Just trying to get a feel of what's about (if anything) or what's gonna be about in the near future.

 

Either a pup or a youngster ready to start. Prefer spaniel in the mix as opposed to just terrier and ain't fussed about beagle blood. Prefer a bitch.

 

Would consider something older if it was good with kids and lurchers.

You thought about a cocker or a springer gaz they make great bushers and companions or does it have to be a cross bred, think you will have some fun which ever way you go..

I like all spaniels mate. Just begrudge paying working spaniel prices.

 

Also wouldn't mind if it was a bit vocal when onto something and I think there is a decent chance of getting that with the spaniel X terrier type. No guarantees I know.

Never got chance to find out Gnipper. Some thieving f****r took him out the pen before he was 10 weeks old.

Thanks fella. That was 4 years ago now. Brought my dogs indoors after that.

I am going to look at an 18 month old Plummer terrier bitch tomorrow. She hasn't done much. A bit of ratting and odd bit of bushing. Could be just what I'm after.
