forest of dean redneck 11,843
I had E reg 90 ,previous to me it had been a bird scarer vehicle on a airbase, had bench seats in back with land rover logo repeated on them,I chequer plated the rear tub inside, the wing tops ,2 inch lift on old man emu suspension, diff guard steering guard, light guards, work lights above rear door and by the front mirrors ,100 w headlight bulbs ,33 12.50 x 15 kuhmo all terrains tyres ,only thing was couldnt afford a tdi engine so had the petrol one ripped out an a Sherpa 2.5 diesel put in, and only time it let me down was when the engine was changed the petrol battery wasn't man enough so I went to local tractor place bought big 12 v battery and it never let me down in the nearly 3 years I owned it, I sold it when first kid came along in 2004. I would love a 109 station wagon now,but they are stupid money.
