nuggett 58
I recently applied for shotgun licence and filling my foam in I was told I did not need to put on my application of conviction that I had 12 and 10 years ago which I found out after that I'd broke the law and am now waiting to attend court for false declaration has this happen to anybody else and [BANNED TEXT] was the outcome as stupid as I was for not finding out and puting the conviction on my foam Quote Link to post

Welsh_red 4,613
I had people telling me the same thing as you . I think it applies when applying for a job that after a certain amount of years you don't have to declare , I assume people just assume it's the same for shotgun license aswell for some reason Quote Link to post
