steg 609
Right chaps..any recommendations for a bench rest? Got the 100kt and scope sorted and now on with the job of finding the right grub for her. Getting decent groups with a couple of pellets i've tried so far (few more to try yet) but using unorthodox methods to steady the girl.. (don't even ask!?) So to give each pellet it's fair chance I'm looking for a bench rest. Googled a few but not sure how the 100 sits in some of these? Any piccies or advice much appreciated. Atb. Quote Link to post

villaman 9,983
Well , I cut up some carpet about 300 mm wide and 1800 long ,rolled up then wrapped it in duct tape , gives you a nice solid rest about 9" high The trouble is the wife gave me a telling off for cutting it out of the new lounge carpet 3 Quote Link to post

Was going to stick a pod on her eventually anyway so might just fast track to one if they're just as steady. Quote Link to post
