Let Down Via Courier ! Interparcel

Well lads in totally p1ssed off, I've been stuck in the house all day expecting the courier coming to collect a parcel which is a pulsar n550 night vision unit and extras, which is going to a member on here - whom has taken the day off work tomorrow to take delivery of the parcel, for the courier not to turn up and collect, I've been in touch with inter parcel whom state they can not update me as to why the courier has failed to collect until tomorrow , p1ss poor service, from a company that I've used for years and never had a problem or a glitch with, I booked this service on Saturday , so not like it's short notice !

I'm foaming as I said, I've been stuck in waiting all day, the other member has booked a day off work awaiting delivery, and all you get is a refund ! Least the parcel is safe and not lost, there's the only good side.

Has anyone else had this kind of hassle ?

Sent a solicitor letter , and got reimburse for both party's , days pay for both

I've explained to the buyer, parcel is going via special delivery tomorrow, I'd rather pay the extra for my own piece of mind.

you drop parcel ata shop then it gets delivered to a shop near the person so no waiting in each end.

High value item it will have to be insured mate, better safe than sorry, the insurance via interparcel.com was an extra 15.50 for piece of mind mate
