Night Walker 591
There is in South east wales Ideal place for them to build a strong population I would say as we have a lot of cover for them here. Would you say there is a fair population already mate? I think they have traveled the railway line bankings to get here personally? 1 Quote Link to post

Lloyd90 509
They are in the Monmoutshire area as well as Roe, along with wild boar. Hope that they spread further west although it's hard to spread as people are keen to bag them and the forestry commission probably don't want them! Best thing hunters could do is leave em alone (or if you see one with its thumb up give it a lift down the M4 west) lol 5 Quote Link to post

As the Wye was low last summer wondered how much wildlife swam over then ,Dont forget the fallow as well. But of poaching going on at the minute round the Wye valley ,dumping of evidence is not subtle. Quote Link to post

Hywel 53
The Muntjac is a more than welcome addition to South Wales. It would be nice for the numbers to catch up with the likes of the South West..... Quote Link to post
jok 3,211
They are like a plague in the Midlands and are seen in the strangest places, industrial estates and the like. We are, however, in the very heart of the National Forest and to be fair shooting opportunities are few and far between because of walkways, cycle ways, school trips, pony trekking, them nutters on mountain bikes who turn up everywhere and general public. The only shooting we maybe should be doing is with the camera. Hard to eat a pic though 1 Quote Link to post
