Sometimes when we have extra meat, I eat a few myself. Muskrats are clean vegetarians, just like rabbits, only with dark meat similar to beef. Quote Link to post

Yeah, my wife Maggie is pregnant, so she hasn't been hunting for quite a while. But I've decided to just use her more like a ferret with aggressive stuff like muskrats. Even a coward can flush stuff, so I might as well use her for what she can do, rather than complain about what she can't do. She does pretty decent on rabbits though, and killed 2 out of the 2 rabbits we saw last weekend 1 Quote Link to post
