As I know that I would. been thinking about doing it a lot lately but maybe in a few years mate when my daughter goes to uni .i would really like to hit the road again if truth be told I miss that .Don't you have a trailer Marshman don't you go out in the summertime I'm going over to Ireland this summer no mate haven't been in one for the last three years . horsedrawn 38 Posted January 20, 2016 Report Share Posted January 20, 2016 time/quality of life 25-40 years old,best friends dad tried to get early retirement so he could go travelling aged 60 ,company fecked him around and when he finally left had a heart attack and died..handed my notice the next week and bought canal boat lived on it for 5 winters moored up fantastic countryside middle of nowhere the fields were mine No van parked in gateways great days.then went to Ireland living in bow top wagons on the peat bogs nature at her best .Winter solstice for me was always special another 8 weeks and the grass starts having some goodness and you've done another winter.we all get old came back home to Cheshire and the first I noticed was the architecture estate houses built by Lord so and so for his staff in the evil 1800s rich b*****ds and poor peasants (if you believe Blair and Prescott funny how they both seem to epitomise those they profess to hate and let's not forget Lord kinnock )last 8 years been living with a woman 10 years older hairdresser with her own salons rental properties 2 more opposite people on paper you would never meet.her make up clothes possessions me I've got me dog last February she's diagnosed with brain cancer I put my life on hold 2 weeks Christies hospital local hospital solicitors painting rental properties ready for selling her family and son from 1st marriage in the background but leaving me to look after her.last November her head starts going on her and says jack was asking if I paid rent ( from day 1 when first moved in I had always bought all the food use to be a chef. 8 years of fresh cooked food wine and double cream reduction sauces)also bought the coal and provide the logs and got I strange kick out of hoovering and mowing the lawn. She asked what I wanted her to leave me I replied our memories but obviously son was looking after his inheritance so we parted. Funny thing always been into star signs me I'm a Virgo in the year of the horse 1966,she's also a Virgo and we share the same date.so the secret of life.
