ftm 3,357 Posted January 19, 2016 Report Share Posted January 19, 2016 --- Took the daughters lad out with me last night and I gave him the use of my mk2 [he is privileged] and although he missed the 1st few birds due to trigger being very fine .he got to grips with it and accounted for most of these birds whilst I spotted and worked the dogs -all pigeons were for his dad and every one was head shot lads -taking him out tomorrow in search of squirrels -billy 2 Quote Link to post

I pre cook a dish of veg -ie carrots turnip potato then add pigeon with a small onion tucked in to heart cavity area and let simmer for another 25 -30 mins on a low heat using a beef stock Quote Link to post
