Went for walk with dog an kid today, lot of area around here ive never been along or know of.

Parked up by old toll house ruin and walked down the forestry road, down in the wood bottom of a gully inline with the toll house was a ruin square shape red brick outer walls no roof or door ,window in each side and back with bars in no glass, and tiled walls up to windows.

Turned out it was by edge of the rolls golf course ,once owned by rolls Royce family where they had a deer park, and the ruined barred building was the old game larder, all found out by googling.further along down a slope amongst the trees , I could see another building with big windows,

On closer inspection this was behind trampled down fencing and was like an observation post or something it had a cylinder shaped base and hexagonal body with large glass windows, unfinished as no outer walls as such and looked like a bird or squirrel had made hole on the back or side by the wood.

2 buildings I didn't expect to see in a wood,lol

Ild expect the copper piping and anything else has already long been salvaged I always look in places like that and often find the place ripped open floorboards up cable and pipping gone but people always leave the stainless sinks and brass Taps strangely
