Rez 4,961
Seems the .20 has it benefits, flies like a 177 out to 35yards but whacks like a 22, drops off like a stone though, more than I thought it would. You do have a good argument for the pellet weights though, heavy 177 and light 22's. A while ago you asked how the HM was going, seems to be settling in. Still new though and getting used to it. https://youtu.be/haNVceO9_OI?t=632 4 Quote Link to post
villaman 9,983
A very good vid Rez , have you tried a lighter pellet at distance yet and why don't you use a mag for loading pellets ? I can see REZ HUNTTING TV coming very soon, well made vid and a natural in front of the camera , very well done mate Quote Link to post

Like all rapid magazines, they work on gravity, and when aiming up wards in a tree say, take a shot, pull the lever back to load another, pellet falls out the back of the magazine. [May have told you already in pm] Annoying but not enough for me to not like the rifle. Ive also found that accuracy is A LOT better hand loading the breech. Shocking how much it drops off though over ten yards. Especially being so flat from 20 to 30. 1 Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
Yes not a bad little vid there dude, if you fancy a bit more long range practice, come over and have a go with the .243 at some eggs @ 300 yards, that'l sharpen you up lad 2 Quote Link to post

Same thing happened to me with the Regal and most daystate guns , if you watch Matt manning of the airgun show , he loads his mk 4 daystate wth a single pellet by hand Quote Link to post

jonnie bravo 572
Nice vid Rez! Must admit I didn't believe your words about the drop off at 40 until you shot it, that's mental. What pellets you using? Can I put a request in for a .177 and .22 version of this vid please? 1 Quote Link to post

Rez 4,961
I only have my 100 in 177 now, so could do something with that but it might be pointless... everyone bloody shoots 177 now and everyone defiantly knows how accurate they are. Quote Link to post

Could still be worth a look to actually see,not read, the poi at different ranges though, don't pretend you don't want to do another Edited January 19, 2016 by random Quote Link to post
