forest of dean redneck 11,563
First it was skunks ,then it was raccoons that was couple years ago ,then it was coatamundis,I dont know what it is now as don't hang around on the exotics forum any more, Raccoons were around the £500 mark so if there's few around at £350 then there must be a lot available now or people moved on to next fad. Also there was people getting into foxes and those raccoon dogs as well.
forest of dean redneck 11,563
I just popped onto the exotic forum Interestingly on there is a thread about obtaining muntjac and they are now on the invasive list ,so are not supposed to be traded, bred from or released without a licence. Probably why you can't find any anyone going to be breeding them, wouldn't surprise me if some owners just didn't let them go somewhere if they don't want expense of keeping them. Bosun11 537
The local pet shop's got a skunk. Says they go for 350 to 500. Tamest most playful thing you'll find, like a big fancy ferret.

beast 1,884
I googled it last night and there's plenty on the net, if I can find them any Muppet can. Out if interest, there's plenty of raccoon for sale on there too, if any terrier lads with deep pockets would like to get some escapees, I'm sure we'd all be eternally grateful. there are loads in USA but i cant find any in UK. no need to be rude. That's rude ? I was saying I was a Muppet ! I can't do the links but there's a chap selling from the UK on there, I'll have another look and try and get a name. Racoon's are fetching £350-500, a little to much for me to tip out but I'd love to have them this side of the water i thought you were saying i was a muppet cos i couldnt find them!!
