pablo esc 1,598
I didn't go out yesterday fm, weather changed too ruff, rain, and that.i tried 3 places locolish, what I've only been to one of this season, nothing, and I've never had no kills there before, I've dug one two years ago and let it go. The be miles in the car from each place these, different patch. Funny you should say that about the cubs, I spoke with a man yesterday and he said one of the men shot one last week, vixen full of them. It's coming quick Quote Link to post

pablo esc 1,598
Yes, man I know said the same thing other day about his bantams sitting or starting to lay, strange in it. Makes you wonder what gone on. Quote Link to post
Rabbit Hunter 6,613
We dont stop til late Feb early March. Like has been said the seasons are all over the place and the weather doesnt cool and the cover die back until late Oct early Nov so if we packed in in January we'd only have about 6 weeks of proper digging time. 1 Quote Link to post
downsview 448
Hate digging cubs or even pregnant vixens it has to be done to protect birds lambs etc but apart from then there's no excuse for it. 4 Quote Link to post
neil cooney 10,416
If there's cubs about it must be time to start getting the terriers fit, , seriously though it doesn't surprise me. I seen Daffodils in flower this morning. 1 Quote Link to post

pablo esc 1,598
The cover may be down for a good while soon still after the season but I wouldn't go for that, digging cubs and the game needs a break, no excuse except for serious pest control, and you should have had it cleared up in the hunting season, 6 Quote Link to post
