waltjnr 6,823
cheers Flipper, ive read those threads and was a bit disappointed, the fish do seem to have grown on ,and lake record is 50+,which is plenty big enough for me,i just cant seem to get any first hand info ,only what Korda publish ,which obviously looks very good!As i know from booking holidays, you check out a resort on trip advisor ,and it can really sway your mind, then you get there and have a great time ,and wonder what people were moaning about?Me and a few mates got a bum deal at dreamlakes years ago ,should have complained more ,but just got on with it and enjoyed the weather and fact we wernt at work !! Oh well roll on june!! Quote Link to post

waltjnr 6,823
cheers Albert, will look into that ,would feel happy with the B5's! Quote Link to post
David.evans 5,323
Agreed b5 is really good , but still ask what's been catching a couple weeks before you go And don't forget the glug and dip , make a big difference Good luck Atb Quote Link to post
waltjnr 6,823
cheers Dave ,will deifinately be going armed with matching dip/glug ,will give essential a bell and see if air drying is an option,as since found out shelf lifes are a no-no!Which is a bit of a contradiction to the companies selling and marketing them as wholesome quality grub? David.evans 5,323
You could air dry your self , no bother , and when you get there you'll have the lake water to re- hid rate 5k in a bollie net would only take a couple of hours at that time of year no other Quote Link to post
