can some one tell me whats the best protien shake to take i have 5/6 stone to lose but id like a bit of musle for all my hard work in the gym.lots of stuff on youtub but some stuff they say is bad for you can any one help ??? thanks

be honest pal I been hitting the gym for over two years now , and I would advise you too loose the weight by doing a weight routine which will burn fat but will start bulking you after a while , 15 -20 mins warm up cardio or do it after weights ? , I found better before personally, I was 22 stone went down too 17 stone and I have put on nearly two stone and even tho you can see the changes , you will never be happy enough , after loosing my wife nearly three years ago . I had a lot of anger which needed too come out and the gym suited me and helped me in every way , it changes your life and in fact I met a hottie in there who I bneen with for nearly two years , god knows what she sees in me but someone looking down on me ha,.

eating is as important as training but the key is motivation , how much you want it ?

edit too say exactly right you don't need protein now , you need too get in an eating habit and gym habit , it didn't feel right unless you went for workout every day

by doing high reps your not really breaking the muscles down mate so you don't need the protein powders ... Eat well and train hard and you will soon see the difference .......

cheers whippet about 4years ago i got down from 23 stone to 18 and fit as a fidle it was a lot of hard work but dew to a few probs i put all the wait back on now im gutted i did it to my self but i feel the time is right now i have a baby boy to lose it for so i can keep up with the little bugger.sorry for your lose glad you are getting there now.atb

I'm sitting around 21-22 stone slough I don't look it

Ideally I'd like to get down to 18'10 19 stone mark

 

So 2-3 stone to shift

 

You say you have 6 to shift

 

Ie as me a lot of Timber.

also personaly i found 3x egg whites in morn .3x pre workout 3x after. 3x before bed. (blendid with milk. dash of choclate power if like). belive or not it taste wayyy better than some those nasty malt chocalte powders. more filling cheaper better on the teeth and no crazy stomac and shits lol
