the footman 10
Where are the Kilteevan Harriers from? Never heard of them before. The only place I can find on Google Maps was in Roscommon. If that true, Friday will be a unique day as you will have packs from Munster, Connaught and Leinster on the same day. You should have asked a Northern pack down to make up the four provinces. Quote Link to post
madrarua 29
yes the Kilteevan Harriers are from Roscommon, there was a northern pack asked but they could not make it. Quote Link to post
madrarua 29
There is a change on the meet card for Sunday 14th February. The South Tipperary Harriers are hunting instead of The Liscarroll Harriers. I have edited the meet card that was already posted. Quote Link to post

smithwicks 182
Well organised, great crack and for a good cause! Best of luck to all packs involved. Quote Link to post
Thehoundman9999 0
Great weeks hunting but some packs get invited back every year after poor hound and terrier work! Quote Link to post
harrier 46
thats true houndman but you have to focus on the good packs and stay in the pub when the bad packs are out. There are a lot of more decent packs that could be invited, For anyone who has no knowledge of this years packs Sunday will be up in the air because there has been changes in this pack but they were a top class pack. Monday should be the usual from this pack really know their job this pack Tuesday should be a good joint meet as ive heard good reports from these two packs this year. Wednesday is a must see ive never missed these little hounds showing what they are good at Thursday again should be good two packs that are very capable foxes should feel the pressure Friday is a triple meet only one of the packs from down this way never heard of the roscommon pack the other pack are regulars at the festival usually poor enough but you never know, if other years are anything to go by it could be a day for a high stool ! smithwicks your dead right its for a good cause but ive talked to lads that travelled across the water and then were sickened by bad hound work. time for the organisers to only invite the best 1 Quote Link to post

Bryan 1,362
but ive talked to lads that travelled across the water and then were sickened by bad hound work. time for the organisers to only invite the best you think they'd be more sickened by the ban? at least in Ireland you can relax and enjoy hunting with hounds wether it's good or as often happens bad. 1 Quote Link to post
Thehoundman9999 0
Bryan I would be sickened if i paid to travel from England or Wales to watch bad hound and terrier work like what has happened with one pack that is hunting the Friday and is invited back every year! Yeah every pack can have a bad day but that pack has a bad day every year! Edited February 11, 2016 by Thehoundman9999 Quote Link to post
