Moderating My 222

Hi all , i have a mod on the gun now but it is not an over barrel mod and the gun is just soooo long it really is annoying and nealy impossible to shoot from inside a vehicle, does anybody have an over barrel to sell or swap cheers dd . 1/2 unf

I have the ace utra on my .222 and the delta lv ultralight from Rochdale precision on my.308

Both very short mods there's a lot of short light mods available now days maybe getting the barrel shortened might be an option

Had an over barrel wildcat and it was still long and found it heavy no need for it on the .222 as there's not much muzzle flip on the smaller calibers

That's why many of us use the P8 COMPACT

.223, .243 and .308

 

It's shorter and noticeably lighter, although front extension is unchanged (the tube top right is from a full P8 and shows how much bigger it would be on the rifle), the Wildcat Evolution may also be worth a look, but as you say in #6 there are plenty of mods out there and they seem to be getting smaller and lighter, but the price always seems to head north!

its not the mod that is crazy long its my barrel so putting on an over barrel mod will decrease the size because i dont want to cut the barrel down . ? Edited January 12, 2016 by darrendigger
