jeppi26 1,855
We were in the pub one day and one of the lads was chatting up a couple of girls. One asked him what he does. "I'm a thermal insulating engineer." he told her. The other girl said "yer a lagger." We fell around with the laughter. Only most people think yer asking for a drink when u tell em your a Lagger, got to be the easiest job on the building sites Got some laggers on a chemical site that make it look hard lol

Honestly there is one bit where a broken tree is pulling the line down till it's about 10ft of the ground. And still they won't cut it. Idiots!!

I like building sites best to be honest just a full days non stop graft the day flys in compared to a day on a distillery waiting on permits sorting harness access ect then always looking over your shoulder dressed like a fecking American football player lol. Work with a lot of offshore boys when there home looking for extra cash and can tell they spend half the day doing feck all, I couldn't be doing that I like a graft and when getting stuck in and put the hours in can earn same money as them and get to have dinner with the family at night ??
