DIDO.1 22,844
While looking for a source of rats today I found this old Mill pond, surrounded on four sides by an old Mill, the only access via a small door. Being surrounded and bordered by air con vents I'm thinking it will have a little sub climate! I also saw a shoal of perch in the crystal clear water! I wonder what monsters lurk in this little pool!
walshie 2,804
I'd love to find something like that. Undisturbed for ages, there could be some real mega fish in there.

jonnie bravo 572
Aw now. What a little gem! I used to fish a wee reservoir that was left untouched, held some big numbers of perch, some were 3 plus, and the odd brown trout, then some short sighted fishing club stocked it with rainbow trout. Go figure, why would you disturb somewhere that is thriving perfectly well on it's own? Bloody humans

mackem 27,040
Iv got to walk through the food factory in white wellies and hair net first though! Theres a place in staines, its called 2 rivers,a shopping complex, theres no fishing signs everywhere,i walked over the bridge a few years ago to go the PC World from the car park,i always pause and look down into the water, its picturesque,i was looking in a pool at the side of the reeds when i suddenly realised i was looking at a huge pike,i sneaked on despite the security cameras a few weeks later at 4am and got an 11lb pike, tight lines on your pond.
