Good offers that rex...my mother works in a medical factory and was getting these years ago like if she ownedthe place...I gave a pile away over the years and now she can't get them. They're cheap enough for what they are anyhow but it'd be nice to have a few hundred laying about at the ready...

One of these should be part of every lurcheman's kit. I always carry one in my little first aid kit when I go away with the dog. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

 

What must be worth remembering is that , to work best, a stapler must be used asap before the tear starts to tighten up and granulate.

 

Used correctly a staple can aid healing by a long time, getting the dog back out in the field quicker. But they must be used in conjunction witha bit of sense and the wound clensed, generally with salt water as a first line of defence. :victory:

Right lads when I got Pete his stapler out the shed I noticed I have one more left + remover if anyone wants it free of charge

I wouldn't mind that rex I was planning on buying 1 in a few weeks
