jok 3,274
Newt searching was relevant only to finding the trolley where everyone chucks them LOL I was only obscurely answering Walshies comment. Quote Link to post

I use IMAGES EASY RESIZER app! Download that, resize image and send to photobucket, and continue from there! Quote Link to post

EDDIE B 3,166
Jok, what's the purpose of that flap under the door? Is it necessary, or was it just part of the original trolly? Quote Link to post
jok 3,274
It stops the gate from opening once Charlie is in there. Quote Link to post
jok 3,274
Sorry should have said. Yes part of trolley cut up and recycled. Trying to find a use for the wheels now. Quote Link to post

walshie 2,804
Is there a decent size gap to get the barrel of a gun in there somewhere? Quote Link to post

Yea, had to make the picture bigger, to see how it worked! Trigger mechanism! I can see the bar running along the top, out through the gate, to hold it up! What way is the trigger connected to this bar, or is it all one piece? Quote Link to post
jok 3,274
The long bar is connected to the drop door by way of cable ties.At the business end it just lays in the eye of the trigger mech which is shaped like a big fishing hook. bottom end has the bait and top end an eye into which the bar , holding up the door is placed. When matey boy pulls the bait the bar instantly releases and bingo, trap has him. Don't know why there should be enough room to get a gun barrel in there as we just let them go again to see if we can catch them again and again and again. LOL.Got to prove the trap. Right Walshie.
