Max Yells-James 34
Hi there, I've been looking for a plastic fox decoy to use when crow shooting but so far i haven't been able to find one. Just wondered if anyone new where i could get my hands on one for a reasonable price within England? Cheer - Max Quote Link to post
The one 8,479
Be interesting to see the replies on this as unless it was stuffed I wasn't even aware you could get plastic one for vermin shooting 2 Quote Link to post

The one 8,479
For me it would be too big to lug around I would get one of those plastic balls with the furry tail and use that easy to carry and they might think the tails a ferret, stoat or weasel 1 Quote Link to post

Max Yells-James 34
Cheers for the help everyone! But after doing some research I've been advised not to get a resin one as they're "very fragile". The One, i like your idea but i think if i can get my hands on a life size fox it will be much better. So... anyone got any more ideas? Edited January 4, 2016 by Max Yells-James Quote Link to post
Max Yells-James 34
By the way, i got the idea when i saw one for sale as a decoy (that was plastic) in countrywide but i didn't dance paying there price either... Quote Link to post

Max Yells-James 34
Logic. Shoot a mother and keep it in the freezer till you want to use it.Simpl ain't it LOL 2 problems with that; 1. A fox isn't going in my freezer 2. I've already shot all the foxes on my land so i won't be able to get my hands on one Quote Link to post
Rusky B. 0
How about using a stuffed toy dog - it's the shape not the colour that's needed. Quote Link to post
jok 3,260
You make me HOWL. Shot all the foxes but can't get a few crowsLOL might be a better bet getting both a cat and an owl decoy, buggers don't like them either. 6 Quote Link to post
