I think cushty is doing it on the sly a bit at a time....if he sets fire to it or uses a tractor the real owner might turn up and spoil his claim! :-)

5 litres of petrol and a match

he's only got red diesel

Anyone used this machine

I spent £360 a few years back on a wheeled trimmer was ok but wouldn't get another it's now sitting under a tarp down the holding I think head gasget gone I won't bother fixing it

Yeah not going to bother might just get myself a new strimmer with a heavy duty attachment

A decent brush cutter is better, large Shtil FS400 or similar.

A pedestrian flail will get in there. Scagg http://www.rtmachinery.co.uk/products-scag.htm , Hayter Condor or may be there is a modern equivalent.

Or as said a goat or/then a pig, yummy.

I have a strimmer,a stihl 560 knocks the biggest patch down with a brushcutter on it.

If you spray them repeatedly till there all dead and burn them off that will take till but clear the ground with least effort

Need to give the roots a good spray ill use selective spray that won't kill grass also used it before but needs to be when all major growth is taken out I'm not going to burn just push all cut bush into a corner it's a triangle big of land so it will all end up in the corner then I'll plant a screen of trees and shrubs infront to hide it
