If You Wanted Just An Occasional Hare

Hypothetically If you weren't after hare full time and just wanted the occasional run. No 3 out of 3 etc.just maybe one or two runs over a few hours would you concentrate on speed or stamina?

 

If you had a pup you were bringing on would it be steady miles by the bike or sprint training by the ball etc.?
