What does the bitch wear?

You might aswell put a baraclava on the dog when out lamping. My old lurcher use to carry a penknive under her collar lol.

Know a lad who applies that realtree nail varnish before he runs his bitch

Sled dogs wear boots at times

They just trott along though.i can see the protection thing I'm sure I seen police dogs wear them on a TV programme because of glass on the floor.

But putting them on a running dog would be like putting wellys on a sprinter.

Paul - very interested in that boot idea? Recently find myself knee deep in game and all on land like a sea of broken glass!

He doesnt leave the house without them on if hes gonna work them. The working dog ones dont seem to effect performance of the running dog. Its a smart idea as doesnt matter how good dogs feet are its a waiting game for them to rip on flint if your out most days on it . Least that way he knows hes covered.

Looked on the net, there is a site k9active that have quite a few different types of boot. Been having problems with my dogs feet so think I am going to order some and give them a try it might reduce the downtime I keep getting just lately. Btw thanks for the info paul.

Not goin to lie I have thort about the boots I didn't get them and I won't because I do believe the boots will affect how the dog stops and turns . But To some pepole all that matters is catching game they don't care about the dog i will do what ever I can do to make my dog that little bit safer when where out so if the boots work for some people then crack on with what you do atb guy

Just called me mate , them ruffwear are the make. My mate recons he preferes the grip tex ones ???? Not the polar ones??? Recons can get the set of four now for about £60. Recons these dont last as long as the polar but the dog seems to run normal in the grip tex. Polar are abit bulky for his liking. So there ya go lads a review from someone who uses them day in day out lol
